In a west country cider, leek and bacon broth. Served with crisp fries and homemade bread

Pan fried lambs liver £7.95
In a rich red wine jus with crispy bacon, shallots and spring onion mash

Mackerel fillet £8.95
Pan fried and served with ratatouille vegetables, red pepper coulis and spaghetti verdi

Wild mushroom stroganoff (v) £6.95
Russian dish cooked with pickles, onion, paprika and brandy, finished with sour cream. Served with steamed rice
