In this half-day retreat – with Senior Buddhist Teacher James Baskerville – discover how to let go of what’s bothering your mind and experience the clear sky essential nature of your own mind through the practice of a simple and profoundly healing meditation, sometimes called ‘The clarity of the mind’ meditation.

Learn how to use this meditation to connect to the innate peace, joy and vast potential of your own mind for the development of good qualities such as love, kindness, generosity, fearlessness, resilience and so forth.

Discover how this meditation enables us to transform our mind into our greatest ally and in this way open the door to finding ever increasing peace of mind, genuine happiness and inner well-being.

Each session will consist a talk and guided meditation and also an opportunity to ask questions.
