Starters

(V) Cauliflower and leek soup, cumin oil and sourdough

Pan fried scallops, brown crab mayonnaise, pak choi and crispy shallots

Roasted breast of wood pigeon, oyster mushroom and pearl barley fricassee GF

Duck liver pate, black truffle brioche, hazelnuts and butternut squash jam
 

Mains

Roast 35 day aged beef rump

Roast leg of spring lamb

Roast free range pork shoulder

all served with crispy roast potatoes, buttered vegetables GF and Yorkshire pudding
