SUNDAY LUNCH - SAMPLE MENU

For a table of 20 people or more, a £100 room hire fee is required. 
The fee includes the exclusive use of the 14th Century Vault.


STARTERS

Smoked salmon roulade, cucumber salsa and water cress GF
(v) Haricot blanc soup with roast almonds and nutmeg GF
Korean fried chicken with sticky sesame sauce GF
(v) Pear and Roquefort tart, curly endive and balsamic reduction
 

MAINS
Roast topside of British beef
Roast leg of English lamb
Roast loin of Sussex pork
(v) Vegetable hot pot


all served with crispy roast potatoes, buttered vegetables GF and Yorkshire pudding
 

DESSERTS
(v) Mocha cheese cake, chocolate shards and frosted walnuts
(v) Lemon tart, raspberry cream and fruit coulis GF
Coconut and cardamom panna cotta with lime sorbet GF
Selection of cheeses with grapes and chutney

traceability on all ingredients. Please note some dishes may contain a trace of nuts, however if you have any dietary requirements please don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
