SUNDAY LUNCH - SAMPLE MENU

For a table of 20 people or more, a £100 room hire fee is required. 
The fee includes the exclusive use of the 14th Century Vault.


STARTERS

Ham hock and roasted leek terrine with pickles GF
(v) Roasted tomato soup with onion focaccia
Smoked haddock and tarragon risotto GF
Charcuterie plate with celeriac remoulade and watercress

MAINS
Roast rump of British beef
Roast leg of salt Marsh lamb
Roast shoulder of Sussex pork
(v) Caramelised cashew and pine nut roast


all served with crispy roast potatoes, buttered vegetables and Yorkshire pudding
 

DESSERTS

(v) Dark chocolate and hazelnut brownie with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel
(v) Coconut panna cotta with marinated raspberries and candied walnuts
(v) White chocolate and orange chesecake with chocolate orange honeycomb
Selection of cheeses with spiced apple chutney and biscuits

All our produce is sourced locally and homemade to ensure we have the best quality and obtain full
traceability on all ingredients. Please note some dishes may contain a trace of nuts, however if you have any dietary requirements please don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
