Chicken liver parfait with crisp pancetta, piccalilli and focaccia bread
Potted shrimp with spiced butter, served with toasted brown bread
(V) French onion soup with Gruyère crouton and fresh bread
(V) Honey glazed goat’s cheese with walnuts, celery and pear

Striploin of beef with Dijon roast new potatoes and a red wine jus
Roast corn-fed breast of chicken, with chorizo and pine nuts potato gratin and a Madeira sauce
(V) Leek, courgette and butternut squash én croute with sweet potato mash and a mushroom jus
Pan fried halibut with buttered new potatoes, vine cherry tomatoes and a red pepper coulis
All above dishes to be served with a panache of seasonal vegetables

(V) Lemon tart with raspberry sorbet and a shortbread biscuit
(V) Belgian chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline
(V) Sticky toffee pudding with a butter scotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
Cheese board with a selection of crackers, grapes and chutney

All our produce is sourced locally and homemade to ensure we have the best quality and obtain full traceability on all ingredients. Please note some dishes may contain a trace of nuts, however if you have any dietary requirements please don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
